Overview
We’re looking for a Product Owner reporting into the Head of Product. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven candidate to join a fast-growing business, delivering great products across international markets and the US.
Areas of Responsibility
Manage, prioritize and continuously improve the product backlog.
Support the development team and enable them to deliver in an efficient manner.
You will oversee all stages of development, from ideation through to delivery.
Facilitating the team through agile ceremonies and support, to deliver on the product strategy and vision.
Define clear requirements for initiatives, epics, and user stories.
Carry out user acceptance testing and working with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements have been met and are in line with expectations, seeing the product features through to delivery.
Carry out gap analysis on new requirements to ensure they are fit for purpose.
Be the customer advocate, understanding the customer needs.
Work with stakeholders across the business to clarify request for development and support new ideas and initiatives.
Picking up and driving a variety of initiatives and tasks that will enable product growth.
Taking the time to learn, grow and understand that is latest on the market, analyse competitors and bring new ideas that will improve our customer experiences.
Experience
Must have experience working in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master role.
Experience in defining product and business requirements in the context of software and technical development.
Strong analytical and product management skills.
Power-user of Jira and other product development related tools is a plus.
Online gaming experience is a plus.
Good communication skills – fluent in English – with a high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Driven by a “how can we make the boat go faster?” high-performance mindset.
Able to break down complex topics effectively and articulate data insights into actions.
Goal-oriented individuals with a strong focus on completing tasks and producing high quality results within a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude with a passion for innovating, learning and sharing knowledge.
