Provide a thorough review of applications for errors or inconsistencies in order to ensure that all required information is included.
Take responsibility for handling redemptions, making sure that it is correctly processed.
Manage the process of receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Provide a comparison of system reports to balances and verifying entries.
Perform investigation to answer questions about billing statements.
Make decision regarding resetting of account, redemption and declining of bonuses.
Perform regular review of an account activity to identify fraudulent activity, money laundering or other anomalies that may require investigation.
Assist other departments with regards to payment related queries.
Investigate any discrepancy in the system.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Payments Specialist role.
Bachelor's degree in any course or at least 2 years in college.
Preferably with experience dealing with USA/European Gaming account.
In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Extensive experience in account reconciliation.
Has good attention to detail.
Great time management and organizational skills.
Can communicate in written and spoken English in a business environment.
Need to be able to solve problems in a fast and efficient manner.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively without micro-management.
Has interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
